It’s All in the Details

I had the privilege to work with Calder Clark Designs last fall on a to die for wedding at Hilton Head. It was featured on her blog today and it reminded me of all the fun I had watching her creativity come to life while helping with the set up. Calder is the queen of mastering “the details.” She combines beautiful venues, bride’s personalities, and her own mastery of color to create color palettes that are so inventive and unique. I’m constantly impressed and awed at her events. This wedding was at the Westin in Hilton Head. Calder took this ordinary hotel on the beach and turned it into a soft, elegant and glowing affair. Subtle hints of copper were intertwined into the smallest details that were the perfect touches to make this wedding stand out. I think so many brides forget it is the little, subtle things that you can add to an event that will truly make it breathtaking. I’ve added a few of my favorite detail shots done by the amazing A Bryan Photo below. To see the rest view her blog post here. Also you can check out this wedding featured in Weddings Unveiled Magazine as well. Go ahead…you know you want to.
